Privacy Policy

Cybella is built to know you well and share you with no one. We collect the minimum needed to run the service: your account details, your conversations and the memories you ask your agent to keep, and basic technical logs. We do not sell your data, we do not use your conversations to train models, and on the free plan your chats are generated on your own device.

Account information. Your email address, name, and password (stored as a hash by our authentication provider, Supabase — we never see or store your password in plain text).

Conversations and memories. Your chats with your agent and the memories/preferences it keeps are stored in our database so your history follows your account across devices. On the free plan, the AI's replies are generated locally in your browser using your device's own processor; the resulting conversation text is then synced to your account.

Technical data. Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, timestamps) processed by our infrastructure provider, Cloudflare, for security and performance. Our analytics are aggregate and cookieless.

To provide the service: authenticate you, sync your history, remember what you ask your agent to remember, and enforce plan limits. To keep the service safe: abuse prevention and debugging. That's it. We do not sell or rent your personal data, and we do not use your conversations to train AI models.

Cloudflare (hosting, networking, storage), and Supabase (authentication and database). Where paid plans or non-WebGPU browsers use server-side AI models, prompts are processed by our model provider for the duration of the request and are not used for training. When payments launch, they will be handled by Stripe — card details never touch our servers. Each provider processes data only as needed to deliver their part of the service.

You can view and delete individual memories from the Memory page at any time. You can delete conversations from your history. To export your data or delete your entire account and everything attached to it, email support@cybella.io from your account email — we complete deletion requests within 30 days. Depending on where you live (e.g. the EU/EEA under GDPR), you may have additional rights of access, correction, portability, and objection; the same email is the way to exercise them.

Account data is kept while your account is active. Conversation retention follows your plan's archive window. If you delete your account, we remove your personal data from live systems within 30 days, with residual copies in encrypted backups expiring on their normal cycle.

Cybella is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

If we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and, for significant changes, notify you by email or in the app before they take effect.
